Soaked & Slow Roasted Pecans
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs Raw nuts
Filtered water
2 T Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place raw nuts into a glass bowl and will with water until all nuts are submerged
Add 2 T sea salt and mix
Cover and let soak at room temperature for 8-12 hours
Strain out water and pat dry on a cookie sheet
OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with spices of choice, such as cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Place in oven at Warm or the lowest temperature for 8 hours
Remove and enjoy immediately, or store them for future consumption
