Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Everybody’s journey is different — and had I not had my own personal experiences I might not have ever ended up where I am now.

In college I was the only one out of my group of girl friends that was not pursing a degree in the medical world. Instead, I got a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. It has served me well, but it isn’t my end game.

One thing that has remained the same however, is my drive. If I put my mind to something I will run at it like a bull at a clown.

After experiencing my share of health complications and western medicine failing me, I made a decision: Take a turn off of my path because there are so many desperate people need more ANSWERS and less tears, questions, and suffering.

I began taking pre-reqs to eventually become a Registered Dietitian. However, long story short, fate sent me down a different, and more fitting path. In June 2019 I completed the NTP program through the Nutritional Therapy Association’s (NTA)!

As an NTP I intend to help people understand how they can support their body and optimal health utilizing REAL food and the NTA’s 6 pillars to health:

  • Basics of nutrition

  • Digestion

  • Blood sugar regulation

  • Fatty acid balance

  • Mineral balance

  • Hydration

As well as other factors, including:

  • Movement

  • Sleep, rest, & relaxation

  • Stress management

  • Psychological health

  • Structural alignment

  • Bio-energetic health

  • Community & social support

If you have questions about this program or would like to be added to my waitlist to be a client, please email me at:

I look forward to working with you so that you can experience optimal health, and a life you love!
