Chimichurri is an easy and unique way to up your intake of parsley. It can be put on really any kind of steak (grass-fed beef, lamb, or pork), chicken, with seafood (i.e. salmon or shrimp), on top of veggies, and even tastes great as a dip for crackers or gluten free bread!

Grass-fed lamb steaks with chimichurri

Grass-fed lamb steaks with chimichurri

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup parsley, chopped

  • 2-3 t minced garlic

  • 1 t crushed red pepper

  • 1 t oregano

  • 1/4 t sea salt

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Measure 1 cup of parsley (lightly packed), then chop

  2. Mix together all ingredients well

  3. Let sit for 15-20 minutes to mix the flavor well

  4. Serve & enjoy!

PS - Feel free to add other herbs for various flavors. Chopped mint goes great with lamb!
