Between organic foods, gym memberships, natural products, and more, healthy living can be rather costly. One cheap and easy thing you can do is drink more water!

Many people are chronically dehydrated. Dehydration shows up different in different people -- whether it is headaches, constipation, muscle pain, joint stiffness, fatigue, or brain fog. You might think you are drinking enough water if you are constantly drinking a beverage throughout the day. However, drinking things like coffee, soda, and sugary juices simply cannot replace your need for water. In fact, some of these drinks can make you dehydrated.
Make sure you are keeping adequately hydrated by following this simple rule of thumb...drink (at least) half of your body weight in ounces each day. So if you weigh 140 lbs, make sure you get at least 70 ounces of water daily.

Add a pinch or mineral sea salt and some fresh squeezed lemon juice to help boost your electrolytes and further improve your hydration!
